CityRace.Me is a mix-up of all-time classic game Snake and racing scene from the movie Tron. It’s the most social GPS racing game happening in the streets of real cities, that unlocks the next generation of geo-location real-time games.
How does it work?
Based on iPhone GPS, it uses the location of the player to display his track on the map. As you move you leave an Energy Trail behind you and the goal is to to circle the opponent and not fall into his track. The crazy twist is that you don’t swipe, you don’t move the phone, you actually RUN in the streets of your city.

The game has huge potential for enriching the gameplay with additional features and modes, which are currently being developed. It incorporates mechanisms of social games to build engagement, retention and virality just from the beginning. They are built around leveling up to unlock next features of the game through gaining three kind of scores. Players are rewarded with badges and points for every race.
The game is based on a unique technology supporting the development of geo-location real-time games. It is called GRID ENGINE and will become an open platform for mobile geo-location games.
