The 2nd editions of IMGA SEA and IMGA MENA just brilliantly concluded with the traditional ceremonies (and after-party, of course). Now it’s IMGA Global‘s turn! Submit your game now and join us for an unforgettable time on March 20, in San Francisco!
Haven’t submitted your game yet? Here are 5 reasons to convince you that it is not too late:
1.Challenge yourself and test your ideas
How to be sure your game is good? You can’t trust your friends, they’ll always be nice to you. Entering an IMGA gives you the opportunity to be reviewed by a panel of industry experts that can give you rich feedback.
During the judging session, we put journalists, mobile gaming experts, and previous winners in the same room with just one mission: PLAY, PLAY, and PLAY. And this is not only for big AAA games or nicely polished, fully accomplished and already published games: unpublished games will also be reviewed for the Best Upcoming Game category. Previous Best Upcoming Game winners include superstar Clash Royale, and Steamburg, which was awarded last year and has just been successfully released!
If you have a playable (and fun) demo (APK or Testflight), submit your game and share a current build with the members of our IMGA jury.
2.Build up your resume
App Stores comments are good (when they’re nice), but wouldn’t you rather have a more concrete and tangible certification of your talent? As the oldest and most prestigious celebration of outstanding mobile games, the IMGA can really help you stand you and prove your worth.
So, submit your game, add an industry-recognized award to your profile and be as happy as he his:
3. Connect with industry’s leaders and fulfill your destiny
There’s also a Happy Hour session to give journalists a chance to get to know the nominees right before the ceremony. They may want to promote your game through their channels! You could even meet potential publishers or partners! Companies looking to partner with the hottest up-and-coming mobile game developers always keep their ear to the ground – and few things make quite as loud a rumble as winning an IMGA.
4. Support your country
Our main goal is to discover hidden talents, diamonds in the rough and you probably want your country’s most talented developers to gain visibility and to be recognized for their real value.
Challenge yourself and your fellow game developers and put your country under our spotlights without even having to do much more than what you have already done! (2 minutes to submit, 2 minutes to share it!)
5. Who would refuse to shake hands with Supercell’s CEO?
Everything’s in the title. Go!
The last global edition took place in San Francisco on the 28th February 2017, the next one is scheduled for March 20, 2018. You don’t want to miss it!
Why wait a minute longer? Submissions for the 14th annual IMGA Global competition only take a moment to complete and will close on December 31, 2017.
