The online judging session for the 14th International Mobile Gaming Awards is happening today!
Our call for entries is now closed. We are honored to announce that we received over thousand games, either released in 2017 or in wait for the release. Our deepest gratitude to all participants and best of luck during this phase.
A total of 117 mobile gaming experts will play and decide which of the 1053 participating games in the competition should be nominated. Each jury member will receive an amount of 20 games to test. Their decision will be based on several criteria from, for example, gameplay to art and design.
Hence, a list of this year’s jury members can be found on the IMGA website, or directly through this link.
The purpose of this initial online judging session is to practically select a number of 100 games as nominees. Fifteen industry experts will then play the nominated games. Furthermore, the two-day judging session will take place in March. Location is not decided yet.
We look forward to updating you on the final nominees, who will officially participate in the competition, mid-February. And cannot wait to join you for the winner revelation in March!
